I have been super busy lately so I haven't posted in awhile. Packing, moving, and unpacking can take up a lot of your time. Especially when you are trying to do all of it while watching a couple of rambunctious, attention seeking, nervous about moving children! :) Really though, the kids did amazingly well with it all. It hit Aiden the hardest. He had this funny mix of emotions. He was really sad to be leaving our old, safe, familiar house. But he was SUPER excited about living in our new house and having a big new bedroom right down the hall from Mommy and Daddy. We have a great big yard to play in and we are on a cul-de-sac, so that makes it soooo much safer than where we were before. We have a trail head right at the top of our cul-de-sac that we tried out on Father's Day. It took us about 10 minutes to get to the park with Aiden riding his bike and Kiera in the wagon. AWESOME!
Anyway, we are getting moved in pretty nicely. We had a TON of help from my parents and my brother! We really couldn't have done it so smoothly without them. And our friends Mark and Carrie helped out a ton too. Carrie watched the kids a couple days for us and Mark came to help move things after he got done with work. Oh, and I can't forget to thank Carrie for helping me organize my kitchen. I think that I still would have dishes and pantry items everywhere if it weren't for her! You all are the greatest and we love you!

Hey Derrs! The new house looks awesome. I am glad the move went well--you know I would have helped if I was able. Looking forward to getting all the moving boxes for my house--they will be needed. Talk to you soon!
