During our mini vacation, we spent one morning at the Minnesota Children's Museum. The kids had tons of fun, (so did Josh and I)! Aiden could have spent more time exploring and playing, but after 2 1/2 hours, Kiera was about done, and it was just about lunch time too!

Using the crane to move beams.
Daddy helping
Aiden with the gears of the crane.

Making bubbles! We spent a lot of time in this particular area! The kids really enjoyed the bubbles.

More bubbles!
Kiera started to get the hang of how to use the wand.
Aiden was a master bubble maker!
Making the boats go down the ramp.

Going shopping at the store.
Aiden decided it was time to check out with the help of another little boy acting as the cashier.
Playing
dr. and using real crutches.
Surfs up! There was a big screen in front of
Aiden and he needed to balance on his surf board and ride the waves he saw crashing at him on screen.
There was a big Sesame Street exhibit at the museum. Here is
Aiden playing with Big Bird and Bert puppets.
Kiera attempting to "smile" as she colors a picture.
Daddy and Aiden playing Sesame Street games on the computer.
Kiera loved the Elmo alphabet game. Here she is trying to control the mouse!
Can you tell me how to get to Sesame Street? Do those steps look familiar to you?
Our friendly
Aiden turtle! In this particular area, there were so many fun things to do, but I could never catch anyone in time to take a good picture. There is a whole ant section where the kids can pretend they are ants and crawl through the ant tunnels. Of course, I wasn't about to try to squeeze myself into one of those tunnels, so once
Aiden and
Kiera went in, I was out of luck in the picture department!
