Budding Artists

We are still in the process of trying to decorate the kids' rooms. I had been brainstorming ways to do this without spending a lot of money, and also having the kids have a hand in personalizing their rooms. So, I went to Hobby Lobby, bought a couple of canvases, some acrylic paints, new paintbrushes, and set the kids to work on creating their very own artwork to hang in their rooms. I helped them choose colors that would complement their decor. The kids did a fabulous job and we have some great artwork for their walls!

Deciding what to do next. We decided it would be best to do shapes and blocks of color. Of course, one chooses to do a circle, the other one will follow suit!
